The secret to supernaturally moist turkey? The Project Smoke version involves a whiskey brine and a slow smoke over maple wood. The traditional side dishes get smoked, too: bacon-stuffed barbecued onions, smoky creamed corn, and a smoky bacon-apple crisp for dessert.
